Bush Clan Takes Brickell For Jebby's Wedding

If this woman went bridezilla, we'd totally understand. That's a Guest List.

Not too many wedding guest lists include two former U.S. presidents, a former governor of Florida, and three first ladies of one or the other, but Sandra Algudady's new husband is pretty connected.

Several generations of the Bush clan gathered at St. Jude Melkite Catholic Church on Brickell Avenue Saturday afternoon to see the 30-year-old Coral Gables resident marry John Ellis Bush, Jr.

The 26-year-old groom, also known as "Jebby," is the son of former Florida governor Jeb Bush and his wife Columba.

"Make me look good!" uncle George W. Bush joked to a Miami Herald photographer as he exited the church with his wife, former first lady Laura, and twin daughters Jenna Hager and Barbara Bush.

Mmes. Bush and Hager pulled double-duty on the trip when they made a signing appearance at Books & Books in Coral Gables Friday afternoon.

Also on hand for the nuptials were George H. W. Bush and Barbara Bush. The original President Bush appeared frail in his white suit, making use of a cane to walk, with his wife close beside.

A hoard of Secret Service agents and plainclothes and uniformed Miami police kept close watch on the wedding, as they had Friday night when 120 people gathered at the Rusty Pelican on Key Biscayne for a rehearsal dinner.

The presumably happy couple are expected to remain living in Miami, where Jebby Bush works in real estate. If you're so inclined, the freshly minted Bushes are still in need of four bubble-based highballs from Williams-Sonoma. (Aren't we all?)
