An Orange County Sheriff's deputy faces drunk driving charges after he was pulled over while driving home from a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Spokesman Jeff Williamson says Gregory Popp was charged with DUI after being stopped by the Florida Highway Patrol early Sunday.
Troopers say a black pickup truck was swerving in and out of the eastbound right lane on the Beachline Expressway. The truck was pulled over and troopers noted ``slow, sluggish movements'' from the driver. Three passengers were inside the truck.
The Orlando Sentinel reports Popp told troopers he was tired.
An arrest report says 35-year-old Popp said he'd been up since 6 a.m. Saturday and had been ``drinking all day.'' He told troopers he'd attended the concert in Tampa.
It's not known whether he has an attorney.
