A convicted sex offender is behind bars once again after being in possession of child pornography in Miami, police said.
According to police, 62-year-old Carl Davis is being charged with promoting sexual performance by a child.
According to a police report, Davis uploaded 17 different child pornography images that were uploaded to a website.
He was arrested and taken to jail.
In 2002, Davis was charged with attempting to receive material containing child pornography.
