Dolphins Unveil 2015 Schedule

The Dolphins 2015 regular season schedule was released on Tuesday evening

The Miami Dolphins now know they will begin the 2015 season in Washington, D.C, after releasing their regular season schedule on Tuesday.

The Dolphins along with all other NFL teams knew their opponents long before this, but now they know when those games will take place. As previously announced, Miami will only have seven games at Sun Life Stadium. One of the so-called home games will actually place at Wembley Stadium in London against the New York Jets.

After opening the year on the road against Washington, the Dolphins will head to Jacksonville for a tilt against the Jaguars. This will be followed by a two-week stretch of home games. First, Miami will take on the Buffalo Bills before the aforementioned overseas games against the Jets.

The Dolphins will have their bye week during Week 5 which was expected after the trip to London. Miami will have a stretch of four out of five on the road following that bye week in what could be a crucial part of the season.

Miami will travel to Tennessee, New England, Buffalo and Philadelphia with a home game against the Houston Texans mixed in. Following this stretch, the Dolphins will have nine games in the books with only seven to go.

Over the next two weeks, the Dolphins will host the Dallas Cowboys and travel for a game with the Jets. As December rolls around, Miami will play three of its four games at home. Those contests at Sun Life will be against Baltimore, Indianapolis and the New York Giants. Breaking up the stretch of home games will be a trip out to the other coast to take on the San Diego Chargers.

The regular season will come to a close at home against the Patriots on January 3rd in what could prove to be a playoff-deciding game.
