News agencies report the Florida Highway Patrol says 54-year-old George Mosier of Cocoa Beach was found dead on Monday.
FHP spokesman Lt. Steve Montiero says Mosier was driving a different ATV, backing it up into a storage unit when he hit the dune buggy, causing it to fall on top of him.
The investigation remains ongoing.
