A dance instructor at a Hialeah studio is facing charges after police say he had sex with a 14-year-old student.
Guillermo A. Morales, 22, was arrested Thursday on two counts of sexual battery on a minor by an adult and eleven counts of electronic transmission of material harmful to minors, according to an arrest report.
The report said Morales is a dance instructor at Dance Zone at 13115 W. Okeechobee Road in Hialeah where the teen girl is a student.
According to the report, Morales and the victim first had sex in August 2017, while they were in his car parked near a park in Hialeah.
In December, before her 15th birthday, he sent her a Snapchat message asking if she wanted to go to a hotel, the report said. She agreed, he picked her up and they went to the Executive Palace Hotel in Hialeah, where they had sex in a room, the report said.
As he drove her home, he said "this is between me and you," the report said.
When detectives inspected the teen's phone, they found several images of Morales including photos showing his genitals, the report said.

In court Friday, Morales was ordered held on $25,000 bond. He was also appointed a public defender.
