Man Accused of Groping Blind Broward College Student

A man is facing charges after police say he was caught on camera groping a blind student at Broward College.

Dovaun Erdane Fuller, 23, was arrested Friday on charges of battery, stalking, abuse of a disabled adult and violation of probation, according to a Davie Police arrest report.

Fuller was booked into jail where he remained Friday night, records showed. It was unknown if he's hired an attorney.

According to the arrest report, the student, who is legally blind and uses a walking cane, was walking through a building at the college on June 29 when she was approached by Fuller, who she didn't know.

Fuller started talking to her and asked for her phone number but she felt uncomfortable and tried to leave. Fuller grabbed her from behind and fondled her, the report said.

The student got away but Fuller followed her to another building, where he groped her a second time, the report said. The entire incident was caught on the school's surveillance system, the report said.
