Delray Beach Homicide Suspect May Be in Little Haiti: Police

Delray Beach Police say a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting on Thursday may have fled to Miami.

The victim and the suspect knew each other, police say. Jacquelyn “Bobby” Pierre, 33, is facing a charge of first-degree murder in the shooting death of 29-year-old Marc Arthur Barreau.

According to police, the men got into a heated argument in front of Pierre's apartment, located at 941 Southwest 20th Court. Police say Pierre shot Barreau multiple times before fleeing the scene. Barreau was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead later that afternoon.

Police say Pierre may be in the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami, and is considered armed and dangerous.
