Miami Heat Arrive in Toronto to Continue Playoff Series

The Miami Heat arrived in Toronto Tuesday night, their second trip north of the border in a week.

After three overtime games in this playoff series against the Raptors, Heat players used the day to rest up for Game 5 at the Air Canada Centre.

NBC 6 stopped by the team's hotel to find Joe Johnson showing some love to fans waiting outside for pictures and autographs.

One local fan calls himself a "converted Heat fan." With family in Hallandale, he became a big Dwyane Wade fan and got to meet him at the hotel last week.

"They really care about their fans," Ryan Leishman said.

Toronto is the hockey capital of the world, but the city has gotten behind the basketball team lately.

Two Raptors fans, who went to the games in Miami, said their crowds are "twice as loud" as the Heat crowd. They also said the games in Miami are "like fashion shows." No argument there.
