Boy, 16, Killed in Miami Shooting, Police Say

The injured boy was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead

A 16-year-old boy was killed in a Miami shooting Saturday, according to Miami police spokesman Detective Willie Moreno.

Shortly before 2 p.m., police responded to gunshots reported in the area of Northwest 62nd Street and Northwest Thirteenth Court.

The injured boy, Marquis Bronson, was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Moreno said.
