The 911 call from the home of Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh, who called to request a doctor for his masseuse, was released Tuesday by the Miami Beach Police Department.

“I need a doctor here at my house,” Bosh said. “A guest of mine isn’t feeling very well.”

On the night of June 4, Bosh continued to tell the operator that 41-year-old Chautele Cooksey was awake and breathing, but was pale in the face and not consistently alert.

“She’s passed out a couple of times,” he said.

Bosh then requested that help arrive soon.

“If they could hurry, that would be great,” he said.

An unidentified woman, who gets on the phone after Bosh, told the Miami Beach Fire Rescue operator about the masseuse’s condition.

“I don’t know if she’s stable, we just need someone to come,” she said. “She’s going in and out and her breathing is shallow.”

The operator told them to place the woman, who was laying down with her eyes closed, in the most comfortable position and to remain still.

“She can’t breathe, something weird is going on,” the woman said. “Oh my God … something is happening, I don’t know.”

The woman was instructed to open the victim’s airway rather than find a nurse in the home to save time.

“She is audibly breathing, I can hear her audibly breathing, but it’s only a breath here and there,” the woman on the phone said.

Paramedics arrived as the operator instructed the callers to begin chest compressions.

Cooksey, 41, later died after paramedics transported her to Mount Sinai Medical Center, according to a police report.

The report said a friend of the victim told officials she had survived cancer about a year ago. The cause of the woman's collapse and eventual death weren't in the report.
