A man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly exposed himself to a young girl as she waited for the school bus, authorities said.
Broderick Cameron Furlow, 25, remained in jail on zero bond and faces charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, the Manatee Sheriff's Office said.
According to the arrest report, the girl was waiting for her bus when Furlow pulled up to her in his car. When she looked into the vehicle, Furlow was exposed and fondling himself, the report said. Furlow allegedly told her not to leave because he was almost done, official said.
The victim took down the man's license plate number and once she arrived at school, called the local authorities to report him, officials said.
Furlow has had previous charges of the same manner and has been sentenced twice, according to court records.

He was first charged in February 2010 when he drove by a woman as she pushed her child in a stroller, officials said. He made sexual comments and asked her to get into his vehicle, according to a report. When she declined, he continued to follow her while fondling himself, the arrest report said.
Furlow was also charged with a misdemeanor in December 2010 for exposing and touching himself in front of a jogger, records show. Furlow followed her at a slow speed and continued to touch himself, a report said.
In Furlow's notice of appeal he said, "I should be given some kind of treatment to cure my sexual addiction so I can adapt to, and become a productive member of society." His appeal was dismissed.
It wasn't immediately known if Furlow had an attorney.
