Man Charged In Connection to Thefts of Guns From RV: Deputies

Billy Ray was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon

A Florida man has been charged in connection with the theft of more than a dozen guns from an RV in the Florida Keys.

Monroe County Sheriff's deputies say surveillance video shows Billy Ray at his apartment with Amado Cardenas earlier this month. Investigators said Cardenas brought a semi-automatic rifle to Ray's apartment, then retrieved it and sold that rifle and another weapon to another man. Cardenas was arrested earlier this week.
