Keith R. Johnson, 43, was sitting in his car at 2575 York Street in Opa-locka when he was shot and killed back on Feb. 16. His 5-year-old son was in the back seat of the car at the time but was not injured.

Johnson's family had scheduled a news conference with Miami-Dade Police Thursday to discuss the case.

The fatal shooting remains unsolved but police are asking for help from the community. Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
