Man Sends Woman's Naked Photos To Ex-Husband: Cops

Brian Dale Pratt, 51, was arrested in Hudson Tuesday and charged with one count of video voyeurism

A Pasco County detention deputy was arrested after authorities said he took nude photographs of an unconscious woman in her bedroom and then sent the pictures to the woman’s family, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

Brian Dale Pratt, 51, was arrested in Hudson Tuesday and charged with one count of video voyeurism for a violation that occurred on Feb. 13, according to a Pasco County complaint affidavit. He was released from jail on $150 bond, the newspaper said.

Police said Pratt took the nude photos of the unconscious woman and then sent the pictures to her daughter and ex-husband as revenge. Pratt was able to take the pictures of the woman because she was “passed out from drinking too much after a party,” according to the affidavit.

Pratt, who said he took nude pictures of the victim vomiting in her bathroom and remembered placing her on her bed naked, said he did not remember if he also took the photos while she slept.

“I don’t remember if I did or didn’t,” he told police, according to the affidavit.

During the investigation, an associate of Pratt told authorities he saw the same images on Pratt’s cell phone and that Pratt said he planned on sending the photos to the woman’s ex-husband. Authorities also said the handwriting on the mailed letter matched that of Pratt’s.

The victim’s relationship with Pratt was not released.

Pratt, who has been employed with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office since June 2009, was placed on paid administrative leave, according to the newspaper.
