Police say Lukas Albert Schueller pocketed $24,000 from BLT Prime

The general manager of a steakhouse at President Donald Trump's Miami-Dade resort is facing a grand theft charge after police say he pocketed more than $24,000 in deposits from the restaurant.

Lukas Albert Schueller, the manager of BLT Prime at Trump National Doral, was arrested Tuesday night, according to an arrest report.

The report said Schueller was responsible for taking cash deposits to the bank for the restaurant. But from December 2016 to March 2017, he took $24,024 that belonged to the restaurant, the report said.

Schueller was booked into jail and was being held on $10,000 bond, records showed. Attorney information wasn't immediately available.
