A massage therapist at the ritzy Doral Spa and Resort was arrested for a rub down that was a little too hands-on.
David Munoz, 27, was arrested for sexual battery on a female customer during a January visit to the spa, Miami-Dade Police said.
Police say Munoz, a licensed massage therapist, sexually assaulted the 29-year-old victim during a January 23 massage session.
According to an arrest report, Munoz was massaging the victim's inner thigh when he decided to take it further. The victim told Munoz to stop but it wasn't until she put her hand on his chest and pushed him away that he stopped.
The victim reported the assault to police. After an interview with officers, Munoz admitted to the assault and was booked into jail, police said.
Munoz allegedly told police he "lost his head" when he began assaulting the woman.
The resort said they're cooperating with the investigation.
