“Mission Complete!”: Reggie Bush Thanks His Offensive Line With Segways

“I think they like them!” the Dolphins' running back posted on Twitter

Saturday was a good day to be on Reggie Bush’s offensive line.

The Miami Dolphins’ top running back, who amassed over 1,000 yards in 2011 for the first time in his six-year career, revealed on Twitter Saturday afternoon that he just bought Segways for the men who block for him in the trenches of the NFL.

“I think they like them!” Bush posted, with a picture of some of his guys tooling around on the devices, called “Personal Transponders.”

Shortly thereafter Bush shared, “They are riding around the parking lot like little kids in a candy store!”

Bush won’t play in the team’s last game of the year Sunday because of a knee injury, but his season included many highlights, including career highs in rushing yards (1,086) and carries (216), a team-high seven touchdowns, and 43 receptions.

His last Tweet Saturday was just as enthusiastic as his first.

“Direct Quote from the O Line: ‘This is the coolest gift I've ever received!’ Mission Complete!”
