Several people are recovering, including a pair of Fort Lauderdale police officers, after a two cars collided early Sunday.
The crash occurred along Southeast 2nd Street and 3rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale early Sunday morning.
Officials todl NBC 6 that five people were transported from the overturned vehicle and two police officers were transported to Broward Health.
Fort Lauderdale fire rescue and police crews responded to the incident, working to clean up the scene.
The conditions of the officers and other passengers injured are not known at this time.
