Chula is a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix with a sweet disposition.
She was rescued by the Humane Society of Greater Miami after someone found her wandering on the street.
Chula is fully grown and perfect for small spaces.
The Humane Society is trying to help Miami-Dade become a "no-kill" county by offering discounted spay and neuter costs through the months of May and June. The cost to spay/neuter will be $30 for dogs and $15 for cats.
