As Robert Miller, a customer of the repair shop, used his Galaxy phone, the suspect surprised him from behind, stole the phone and fled, according to authorities. Miller chased the suspect but was unsuccessful.

Authorities said the suspect is about 5-foot-8-inches tall, 120 pounds and has a short, cropped haircut. Detectives said surveillance footage captured people believed to be the suspect's associates.
