Pygmy Whale Dies Along Boca Raton Shore

A pygmy whale died on Sunday after Boca Raton Police and state wildlife officials tried to save her.

The whale came back to shore and died after officials helped her out to sea.

A necropsy will be performed in Miami to determine the cause of death.
