A Miami-Dade man is in critical condition after he was shot while working on a roof on Friday.
The unidentified man appears to be the victim of a stray bullet, Miami-Dade Police said. They are still investigating.
The incident occurred around 2 p.m., and the man told police he was working on the roof of his house when he felt something hit his back.
He had to be airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital, but he is expected to survive.
