Charlotte Bobcats' Josh McRoberts (11) reacts after being called for a foul during the second half in Game 2 of an opening-round NBA basketball playoff series against the Miami Heat, Wednesday, April 23, 2014, in Miami. The Heat defeated the Bobcats 101-97.

The NBA wasted little time coming down on Charlotte Bobcats player Josh McRoberts after his forearm shot to the throat of LeBron James of the Miami Heat.

The NBA upgraded the foul on McRoberts to a Flagrant 2, which means McRoberts should have been ejected from the game. The foul costs McRoberts $20,000, but he will not be suspended.

McRoberts led with his forearm when he hit LeBron late in the game. The play can be seen here.

Despite the hard foul, Miami was too much for Charlotte in the game and took a 2-0 series lead with the series shifting to Charlotte.
