Cool Sunday to Start Week

Temps to drop into mid to high 60s by Sunday night.

Cold front getting closer.. showers and possible thunderstorms later today. (Published Sunday, March 25, 2012)

Spring’s first full week will have people around the country jealous of South Floridians as clear skies and relatively mild temperatures are expected for the next work week.

Sunday there will be about a 40 percent chance of rain, with a thunderstorm or two possible in the afternoon.

But that weather should clear relatively quickly and bring cool weather at night and to start the work week.

Sunday night temperatures are expected to be around 67 degrees with similar temperatures expected Monday morning.

The rest of the week should be relatively cool but gradually warming up with lows of about 70 degrees expected by Wednesday.
