South Florida is starting out Monday with plenty of sunshine and a pleasant morning.

Temperatures are starting out in the low 80s before warming to around 90 Monday afternoon, with only a slight chance of rain.

Rain chances are staying low this week, due to a ridge of high pressure building to the east.

Temperatures will remain around 90 for the next week, with a 20-30 percent chance of afternoon showers and storms each day.
