What You're Doing This Week- July 29-August 5

    To Live and Dine

On Wednesday, July 31, from 7-10 p.m., MIAMI magazine will host its 5th annual To Live & Dine event with 20 of the area’s top restaurants and chefs offering signature menu items in the historic Moore Building. The featured restaurants have been named among "The Finest 50" as chosen by MIAMI Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Luis Rigual in the July/August issue of the magazine. The restaurants’ Executive Chefs or owners will be manning each station, giving guests not only a taste of the best dishes, but also a chance to interact with the "masters behind the morsels." In addition to the bites, guests will enjoy complimentary Herradura Tequila, Onli Sparkling Beverages, and Stella Artois cocktails from MG Events with recipes provided by some of the top mixologists in South Florida. DJ Mad Linx will spin on the turntables while guests also interact with the on-site photobooth or try their luck in the on-site raffle.  Event partner, the Chapman Partnership, will receive a portion of proceeds from tickets sold, to support its efforts in empowering the homeless. Attendees are also encouraged to bring in a toiletry or canned good to contribute to the on-site collection. Tickets to the event are $40 each and can be purchased at here.

Four performances will be offered throughout the evening, from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
In addition, more than 45 Miami Spice luxury and fine-dining restaurants will serve gourmet food selections, beverages, and live entertainment. Music performers will include Juke, Aaron Lebos Reality, and Steve Acho. Guests who prefer a more intimate dining experience may purchase VIP tickets, which include entry to the event one hour early, at 6 p.m., and access to the Norwegian Cruise Line VIP Stage Lounge.
