Next Wednesday, July 20, Lincoln Road steakhouse Meat Market is hosting its second wine dinner of the summer. The four-course feast features dishes from chef and co-owner Sean Brasel and wines from the Étude Winery of Carneros in Napa Valley.

Highlights of the menu include Yukon River wild salmon tataki, baby squab with walnut wild rice cake and fennel pollen crusted Mishamaya Farms American Kobe flat iron steak with boysenberry sauce. We didn't even mention the white chocolate molten cake that rounds out the meal.

It's all priced at $95 per person. RSVP at 305-532-0088. [The Feast]
