NiteTalk: Norman Doray Gives LIV Something to Believe in

He got his kickstart as resident at Paris’s legendary Queen, before such stylish icons as Jean Paul Gautier and Vivienne Westwood. He’s remixed everyone from Dirty South and Thomas Gold (for Strictly Rhythm’s Strictly Ibiza to Amsterdam); David Guetta and Taio Cruz (“Little Bad Girl”). He regularly spins Guetta’s infamous F*** Me I’m Famous parties, and has boothed-up alongside Swedish House Mafia at their monstrous Masquerade Motel. He’s DJ Norman Doray and this Thursday he’ll be back at LIV featuring his hot new teaming with Nervo entitled “Something to Believe In”.

In a sentence (or three), just who (and what) is Norman Doray? A French DJ and Producer of 29 years old who is traveling all around the world. Most known for tracks like “Tobita,” “Breakaway,” “Leo” and recently “Something to Believe In” with Nervo. He also loves hanging out with friends in Ibiza and drinking Hierbas

If you had one more sentence to describe his sound, what would you say? Everything melodical, mixed with progressive big room vibe! Important that the people feel his music.

How ‘bout a single sentence to describe the effect said sound has on dance fans? Making the people smiling and bouncing all the night ...

Do you expect the acolytes to be out in full force this Thursday night? Yeah I really hope to. I love Miami and especially LIV. There is always a special atmosphere there. I’ll never forget that Miami was the first city I played in the USA.

What kinda surprise(s) do you have in store for your faithful? Loads of new singles, specials bootlegs as always and guarantee to have everyone smiling and dancing all night long!

Anything else you care to share before we go-go? Just want to thank all my fans in Miami for all the support through the years.

Norman Doray spins at LIV Thursday, Oct. 18. For more information log on here.
