The massive storm that slammed the panhandle has made its way north toward the Carolinas, where they're still recovering from Hurricane Florence a few weeks ago.

More than 700,000 people are without power across four states, including nearly 400,000 in North Florida alone. No. 2 – Red Tide levels drop along parts of Florida’s east coast

FWC officals say test samples have shown a drop from Boca Raton to Palm Beach, while results from Jupiter – a hotspot with the highest level of concentration – are expected Thursday.

Officials say the tests are encouraging, but it’s too early to tell if this episode of red tide is over.

The South Florida sports legend is suing Cooper City’s LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital for negligence. Haslem says the hospital successfully performed surgery to remove a rope that his dog, Juice, had swallowed, but also neutered Juice without permission or medical necessity.

The lawsuit describes Juice as a show-quality Cane Corso, meaning his semen samples could have been worth between $3,500 and $10,000.
