Bosh to Appear on “Law and Order: SVU”

DUN-DUN: Bosh and Carmelo Anthony make SVU cameo airing in September

Chris Bosh will make a cameo on NBC's "Law and Order: SVU" this fall, the network announced Monday.

Having won the hearts of twenty-something frat boys with his appearance on Entourage last year, Bosh is moving on to another key TV demographic: middle-aged women.

The Heat forward will appear as himself along with Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks on the popular long-running crime drama.

The episode will air on September 28 and is titled "Personal Fouls." In the episode, a youth basketball coach played by The Wonder Years' Dan Lauria is suspected of being a sexual predator.

Bosh and Anthony will appear in the opening scene as well as the climax. Mehcad Brooks of True Blood and rapper Heavy D will also appear in the episode, playing a former basketball star who was mentored by the accused coach and Brooks' cousin and business manager, respectively.

After the cameo was announced, Bosh tweeted, "Looking forward to it!"

No word on whether a future episode of SVU will investigate the disappearance of LeBron James' game in the NBA Finals.
