A 19-year-old has been charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy in Tampa.
Lt. John Preyer says Tampa Police officers responded to a call about a shooting Saturday afternoon outside the younger teen's home.
Stephenn Santiago-Grey was taken to a hospital, where he died.
It's unclear what led to the shooting. Preyer says Jose Antonio Cruz Jr. has been arrested and charged with manslaughter with a firearm.
Cruz was held Sunday on $15,000 bond. Hillsborough County jail records did not show whether Cruz had an attorney.
