One woman was killed and another hospitalized after a violent crash in southwest Miami-Dade Wednesday.
The crash happened in the area of Southwest 184th Street and Southwest 167th Avenue.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said one woman was killed at the scene and the second woman had to be extricated from the vehicle.
She was airlifted to Kendall Regional Hospital where her condition was unknown.
Footage showed a damaged van and car at the scene. It's unknown what caused the crash.
No other information was immediately available.
