1 Killed in Shooting at Pembroke Park Nightclub

A blood stained shirt, police tape and search dogs— the active search for a Pembroke Park shooter continues Sunday afternoon.

One person was fatally shot early Sunday at a Pembroke Park nightclub, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.

"We're working very hard to gather all the information necessary to find the killer," said BSO spokesperson Gina Carter.

Jeff Reveille, 33, was identified by family as the man shot and killed at the Polo Club on West Hallandale Beach Blvd. Sunday morning.

"I heard a gun shot then I saw everyone duck down so I just went over straight to the guy that got hit," a witness said.

The Polo Club manager was adamant that the deadly confrontation did not start inside the club, but in this parking lot shortly after 7 a.m.

"We were closed so people were leaving the parking lot at that time," club manager Paul Neil said.

Neil says he did not know Reveille and it was his first time seeing the shooting victim at the Polo Club.

"We just heard gun shots and by the time I came out the victim was lying on the floor," he said.

Homicide detectives and crime scene unit investigators are combing the club parking lot— speaking with witnesses and piecing together information to determine what led to gunfire and track down who's responsible.

"It's possible that people that were leaving the establishment may of seen or heard something that had to do with the shooting," Carter said.

Reveille was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital Sunday morning and pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
