Over a dozen cars were involved in a crash that caused a traffic nightmare on the Palmetto Expressway Thursday morning, but miraculously no one seemed to be injured.
Florida Highway Patrol officials say 15 cars were involved in the pileup in the southbound lanes of the expressway just after Northwest 122nd Street.
Chopper footage showed the scene, which caused traffic to be backed up around 6:30 a.m. and caused delays for several hours that followed.
Eventually, all the cars involved were cleared from the scene and no injuries were reported.
FHP troopers are investigating what caused the crash to take place.
