Three people were hospitalized following a violent wreck in Miami Gardens Friday.
The crash happened in the area of Northwest 167th Street and 27th Avenue and involved three vehicles.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and airlifted one patient to a nearby hospital as a trauma alert. Two other patients were transported by ground. Their conditions were unknown.
One of the patients is believed to be a child. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
