No. 1 – The latest weather front coming through South Florida could bring potentially severe storms Thursday night and into Friday morning. The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has placed communities from northern Miami-Dade County through Broward County in an “enhanced risk” for dangerous thunderstorms.
No. 2 - Disturbing footage shows the moment a partygoer was hit in the chest by a stray bullet at a Kendall house in a shooting that claimed his life over the weekend.
Miami-Dade Police said fire rescue workers responded to the home to help 40-year-old Yemil Arguelles, who was a well-known priest in the Santeria religion. Arguelles was taken to Kendall Regional Medical Center where he later died.
No. 3 - A Miami Beach police officer was suspended for alleged sexual misconduct while on duty, the police chief said Monday.
Miami Beach police chief Daniel J. Oates confirmed officer Jorge Ortega was suspended from duty with pay as a result of an internal investigation. He did not give any details about the allegations.

No. 4 - The NBC 6 Investigators got an exclusive look at what went wrong during the last midterm election in Broward and other counties across the state after obtaining post-election reports.
It’s a report that was written by the two judges that were sitting on the county’s canvassing board, and it was critical of the former Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes and her staff.
No. 5 - Major League Baseball, its players' association and the Cuban Baseball Federation reached an agreement that will allow players from the island to sign big league contracts without defecting, an effort to eliminate the dangerous trafficking that had gone on for decades.
The agreement, which runs through Oct. 31, 2021, allows Cubans to sign under rules similar to those for players under contract to clubs in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
No. 6 - Authorities say a woman and her adult daughter tried to deliver tobacco and cell phones to a Florida prison inmate with a remote-control drone.
A Martin County Sheriff's Office news release says 40-year-old Casandra Kerr and 22-year-old Cencetta Didiano were arrested outside the Martin Correctional Institute early Sunday morning.
