Broward, Miami-Dade Serial Armed Robber Strikes Again in Pembroke Pines

The Pembroke Pines Police Department said a serial robber has once again targeted a gas station – his at least 16th apparent robbery in Broward and Miami-Dade.

The latest robbery occurred at a Chevron gas station across the street from City Hall on Pines Boulevard near NW 103rd Avenue. It was captured on surveillance video.

“Hurry up! Open it up ... Open this s**t up!” the armed robber screams at the clerk. "Where the 100's at?"

Earlier this month, the Broward County Sheriff's Office said the suspect had carried out at least 15 robberies – bringing his total to at least 16 including the latest incident.

BSO is working with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to track down the suspect. The agencies are asking for the public's help to identify the suspect.

BSO describes the suspect as a male in his 20s who is about 6 feet tall with a dark beard and a mustache, a dark complexion and a slender build.

The suspect has carried out other robberies in Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Davie, Miami Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Dania Beach, Virginia Gardens and Hialeah, BSO added.

Anyone with information is asked to contact BSO detective Theophilus Woulard at 954-321-4553 or Broward Crime Stoppers, anonymously, at 954-493-8477.

Anonymous tips that lead to an arrest are eligible for a reward of up to $3,000. ATF is also offering a $10,000 reward.
