Police are investigating a pair of deadly shootings that happened within minutes of each other under similar circumstances Monday night in Miami-Dade.
The first shooting happened at 10:01 p.m. in the 15000 block of Southwest 146th Terrace when a man was shot and killed as he walked outside of his home, Miami-Dade Police said.
Just minutes later, at 10:04 p.m., a man was shot and killed while standing in his front yard in the 19000 block of Northwest 78th Place, police said.
Neither man was identified.
Police say there doesn't appear to be a connection between the two shootings, but both are being investigated.
