Beauty Bandit to Lose the Boot, Accept Plea

Maria Chrysson, AKA the Beauty Bandit, is free again.

Maria Chrysson is happier than a woman who didn't have to pay for plastic surgery.

The alleged "Beauty Bandit" is close to taking a plea deal that will get her off house arrest this week, ending two months of isolation in her casa while local cosmetic doctors sured up their security.

She was in a Miami-Dade courtroom Monday, but is expected to be back in court Wednesday to accept a plea deal that will keep her out of jail.

Chrysson, 29, was arrested in August and charged with grand theft, identity theft and fraud for allegedly ripping off several Broward and Miami-Dade doctors who performed Botox and other facial surgery on the self-proclaimed model.

She allegedly stole $7,000 worth of cosmetic work.

Doctors said Chrysson stomped into their offices demanding the treatments and then skipped out on the bills when it was time to pay. On separate occasions, she told two doctors she was a model and that it was against her contract to take the before pictures usually required before a procedure.

That made it hard to identify Chrysson, but after a Fort Lauderdale doctor took his complaints to NBC Miami and published a picture of Chrysson, other cosmetologists stepped forward and fingered the Beauty bandit.

But Monday was all about Chrysson, according to her Facebook page.

" YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy....... Back on the nightly news but this time with the news Ive been waiting to hear!!!!!! ... Just two more days and after two months I will finally be able to leave my house!!!!!!!!!.." read her status soon after her court hearing.

She's spent the last two months mostly posting "I'm bored" comments on her Facebook page and reminiscing about her time crashing parties on South Beach, taking Jell-O shots and skinny dipping in the ocean.

Now Chrysson is back on the prowl.
