Police are looking for a man who they say shot and killed his girlfriend, a mother of three children, early Wednesday in Hollywood.
Carnell Spencer Lee Jr. is wanted for the murder of 31-year-old Coretta Bain, according to the Hollywood Police Department.
Officers responded to an apartment complex located off Washington Street and South 56th Avenue around 4:30 a.m., where they discovered the woman's body.
Police believe Lee got into an altercation with Bain before he shot her and fled the scene.
"She got three daughters and I have to go explain that their mom is not waking up, she's not gonna be back home," Bain's sister said.
Bain had spent the last four years working for the U.S. Postal Service in Miami.
Police believe Lee could possibly be driving Bain's vehicle, a 2017 black Nissan Maxima with Florida tag GJFT47. He could be armed and dangerous.
