Police Investigate Possible Road Rage Shooting

Driver shot by person in SUV on North Miami street

Road rage strikes again, but luckily it didn't claim a life.

The incident happened Monday night in North Miami when a man was shot after an argument with another motorist.

Abdon Jabouin is listed in stable condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital after being shot once by an unknown, angry motorist.

At around 7:15 p.m. on the 2000 block of Northeast 151st St., Jabouin and a man driving a large two-tone green SUV got into a shouting match. After Jabouin pulled off, the SUV followed him for about a block, pulled up along his car and someone inside the SUV opened fire.

The SUV sped away, and Jabouin managed to drive to a nearby drugstore parking lot, where he began yelling that he'd been shot.

Police are still looking for the shooter and anyone with information is asked to call Miami Dade Crime Stoppers at (305)471-TIPS.
