Jury selection is expected to begin Monday in the trial of a man accused of killing an off-duty Miami Police officer back in 2008.
Andrew Rolle, 26, is facing a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of Det. James Walker in January 2008.
Police say Walker was off-duty when he was shot to death inside his unmarked police car in North Miami Beach.
Rolle was arrested after a massive search, and remains behind bars without bond. He has claimed the shooting was in self defense.
