A police officer in Boynton Beach spotted a waterspout Thursday morning.
Boynton Beach Police tweeted out the officer's photo, which was taken from the teen police academy at Intracoastal Park.
The National Weather Service in Miami had issued a special marine warning Thursday morning for showers off Palm Beach that were capable of producing waterspouts.
