Homicide detectives are investigating after a man and woman were found dead outside of a business in North Lauderdale Monday morning.
The two victims were found unconscious on the ground outside of a Firestone tire store in the 1300 block of State Road 7 around 7 a.m. by a deputy who was on routine patrol, Broward Sheriff's Office officials said.
Paramedics responded and pronounced the two dead at the scene. Their identities haven't been released.
Chopper footage showed two bodies lying next to each other against the wall of the business. One was seen in a fetal position and the other was face-up in a puddle of what appeared to be blood.
BSO officials said homicide detectives responded to the scene and the deaths are considered suspicious.
