NBC affiliate WBBH-TV reports the company released a statement apologizing for the actions of the employee, calling it “unacceptable” but did not say if that worker had been disciplined.
Officials say the location where the video was shot has been cited by inspectors before, including eight violations being cited as soon as February for issues including moldy vents and a dirty freezer.
