Busted Intruder Tries “Hanging With Charlie Sheen” Defense

Port St. Lucie man told police he had been partying with the Hollywood star and was merely trying to return to a pool stocked with six naked girls.

A Port St. Lucie man arrested after attempting to enter a stranger's enclosed patio told police he had been "hanging" with his "good friend Charlie Sheen" and "six naked girls" in a pool.

A police report obtained by TCPalm.com states 39-year-old Robert Anthony Lubrano admitted to having taken both roxicodone and xanax "earlier in the day, along with two beers, while he was with 'Charlie Sheen.'"

Perhaps they should have forced him to watch an episode of Two and a Half Men to sober up.

Lubrano's adventerous Wednesday evening took a turn toward reality when residents of the 900 block of SW Paar Drive called police to report he was trying to enter their home.

When officers arrived, they found Lubrano slumped in a car 50 feet away. He admitted to attempted entry, but said he had been "hanging with Charlie, along with six naked girls" and was just trying to return to the pool party.

His story, however, did not check out.

"Contact was again made with (one of the victims)," the police report states, "who confirmed that neither Robert, six naked girls, or Charlie Sheen had ever been to his residence."
