Superstar DJ Avicii has canceled his headlining performance at Ultra Music Festival this weekend due to health issues, Ultra tweeted.
Avicii was hospitalized Thursday evening and canceled his performance at the SLS Hotel in Miami Beach, which was supposed to be a prelude to Ultra.
He was admitted to the hospital after severe abdominal pain, nausea and fever, due to a blocked gall bladder, The Miami Herald reported.
DJ Avicii will now be replaced at Ultra by Deadmau5, a Canadian progressive-house music producer and performer.
