Miami Police have located a runaway teenager who had been reported missing. There were concerns from the girl's family who said she has the mental capacity of a six-year-old.
13-year-old Jasmen Ravel was last seen at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, at her home located in the 500 block of Northwest 17th Street.
Miami Police said Ravel was found safe on Monday evening. They said a Good Samaritan found her wandering near her neighborhood and called police. Officers said Ravel is in good condition and was expected to be returned to her family.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement was also involved in the search for Ravel.
