A man was killed and three other people including a pregnant woman were injured in a violent crash in Hialeah Tuesday night, officials said.
The crash happened just after 8 p.m. in the area of East 4th Avenue and 33rd Street, Hialeah Police officials said.
Hialeah Fire Rescue officials said two vehicles were involved, and a man who was in a white Hyundai was dead at the scene. Two other females who were in the Hyundai were airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital where their conditions were unknown.
Family members layter identified the man killed as 22-year-old Xavier Oliver, a father of three.
"My son is gone, I don’t know what happened but I'm praying for everybody that was in the accident and I hope they get well soon, and I hope they survive," father Xavier Oliver Sr. said.
The pregnant woman, who was in a black Jeep, was taken by ground to the hospital, where her condition was unknown, officials said.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
